The course is aimed at managers who are asked as part of their role to investigate and respond to complaints raised concerning their service area. The course will  cover how the complaints process operates and your role in that process.   At the end of the session you will have a clearer understanding of the complaints process, your responsibilities  and the support that is  available to you.
