Overview

Have you wondered why teens forget you are visiting, and struggle to control their emotions or those of their children? Do you know brain development is still progressing into early 20’s?

In this interesting  session the Family Nurse Partnership nurses use models, tools and the latest science of how brains develop to show how brain development influences behaviour, and how professionals can move families forward.

Outcome

The attendees will leave with  a range of tools and increased awareness of how we can best work with young people, and parents who may have been affected by Adverse Childhood experiences, and an understanding of the Family Nurse Partnership in Dudley.
