Developing Effective Leadership Skills

This programme supports managers to explore the differences between being a manager and being a leader; to identify the behaviours and skills of an effective collaborative leader; to identify how organisational culture is created and maintained, and to consider how this can be utilised to best effect; to understand the elements of change, from identification of an issue to sustaining change, and to consider emotional responses to change and ways to deal with them effectively; and to explore different aspects of leading people and effective partnership. There are 4 pre-recorded films to watch prior to the live seminar taking place. They can be accessed via the following link. Managers will need to log in to their Research in Practice Accounts to access the films! -: https://www.researchinpractice.org.uk/all/content-pages/training-and-development-programmes/online-learning-packages-tailored-support/developing-effective-leadership/
